Raddad platform uses the global standard for AI credit standard known as “Tokens”. The consumption of tokens depends on the different use cases of each customer. Depending on the customer’s presets and the amount of information the AI processes when needed to deliver the best result.
So every time the AI is used in use cases (depending on the customer’s settings and the volume of information), the AI Tokens are deducted.
This provides customers with the flexibility to use it as per business needs.
How is AI credit used?
AI tokens are consumed when AU enabled features inside the platform are activated. Any action that analyzes text, generates replies, or understands customer messages uses AI tokens to enable advanced automation capabilities.
